The Adventures of Aarav and Raghu

Laxmi Natraj

In one word, the author can simply be called a “story teller”. Whether it was in her 40 years of making dry Physics and Math classed come alive with an inventor’s tale or in teaching her children some values in small stories when they were young or just making up at least five better ending to a thriller movie… there was always a story to tell. A furious rage on seeing a young women fighting against the shackles of the society sparked some stories to The Women’s Era. As her kids grew, an ardent yet suppressed desire for adventure and thrill stole its way through a series of mystery stories. She wrote stories of adventure, science and history for them. Some of them she published in a series of children’s fiction. Many more sit in a hand written notebook. A newspaper article on a horrendous tale of child abuse lead to her first adult fiction novel, The Wrong Chase. After truly incubating ages, she published her adventure thriller, “Incubating in the Deep”. The pain of domestic abuse rampant in the society led to the spine chilling mystery, “A bride, a murder and the trail of blood”. A fabulous visit to an old Shiva temple in the village couple with her love for Indian Vedas made way for the “The Mystery of the Lingeshwar temple”, an interesting tale of patriotism, karma and a double murder in a temple. Coming soon, is her next book on serial cardiac arrests in young healthy people with a secret in a quiet hill station, The Deathly echoes!
