The book titled “Small Things Make Big Impact: The World of Higher Education” caters to the need of the academic community, be it students, faculty members, parents, university management or anyone who is concerned with education.
Every chapter in the book emphasizes the fact that education system should never miss on small things because “small things make big impact”. This otherwise means that anything related to education, which has a value, big or small, attached to it, contributes to the quality of education, which in turn contributes to the quality of life and nation at large. The writer who is the main author of the book is also the chief editor The idea of book writing has facilitated the author to lay a research track for her students, scholars and colleagues to involve in pilot research and derive the pride of contributing to a book.
The book consists of three sections.
The first section, which is the academic section comprises of five research articles and one case study. Here the author has associated with student scholars.
The second section is the “professional section” comprising of five articles and two case studies where the author has collaborated with working professionals.
The third part of the book, which is the situation analysis section” consists of five situation analysis activities developed exclusively by the author for the benefit of academic stakeholders.
